I don't know if this has already been posted, but some friends found this link today and we've been having some fun with it.
Here's mine:

It's just sort of a silly thing to do. I think they only stay on the site for a week or two. They also have a profanity filter so people can't be completely stupid.
It's grainy and there's only one voice selection for girls. :\ I just used my 100x100 avatar picture.
